                             RESOLUTION NO.   20059 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CONTRACT WITH TRUST FOR PUBLIC LANDS, A NON-
                   PROFIT CORPORATION, TO ACT AS THE CITY'S
                   CONSULTANT WITH RESPECT TO THE GREENWAY
                   NETWORK.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a contract with Trust for Public Lands, a non-profit 

       corporation, to act as the City's consultant with respect to the
       Greenway Network.
